Healing From Narcissistic Abuse

Having Trouble Moving Forward?


This 8-week online educational support group is designed for individuals who have exited a romantic relationship with a narcissistic or high-conflict partner. In a safe and supportive space, you’ll learn how to better understand your experience, gain tools for healing, and connect with others who truly understand what you’ve been through. Each week focuses on a key area of recovery:


  • Understanding Narcissistic Abuse 
  • Impact on Survivors 
  • Recognizing Manipulation Tactics 
  • Healing from Trauma Bonds 
  • Boundaries & Communication 
  • Rebuilding Your Self 
  • Support & Coping Skills 
  • Looking Forward

Next Group runs every Friday afternoon January 2nd -February 27th from 4:00pm-5:30pm (subject to change depending on group needs).


Space is limited to maintain a supportive small-group atmosphere.

From Fear to Freedom

Feeling Stuck in an Unhealthy or Abusive Relationship?


This 8-week supportive and educational group is designed for individuals who recognize that their relationship is unhealthy or abusive but feel emotionally stuck or unable to leave. Together, we’ll explore the psychological and relational factors that keep people trapped in cycles of abuse—such as trauma bonding, attachment wounds, and deeply ingrained belief systems about love, loyalty, and self-worth. Through guided psycho-education and group discussion, participants will learn how to begin loosening the emotional grip of trauma bonds, strengthen self-trust, and reconnect with their values and sense of identity. This group offers a safe, compassionate space to gain insight, find validation, and take the first steps toward emotional freedom and healing. Topics we’ll explore include:


  • What trauma bonding is and how to begin breaking attachment
  •  How attachment style shapes relationship dynamics 
  • Unlearning beliefs that fuel guilt, fear, or self-blame 
  • Recognizing cycles of idealization and devaluation 
  • Emotional regulation and grounding tools for detachment
  • Setting boundaries that protect your peace
  • Rebuilding self-trust, confidence, and autonomy through facing your fears
